The source of this data is the public domain information filed at Companies House in the United Kingdom. All limited liability companies are required to submit accounts. In most instances, these comprise of modified accounts that essentially show the scale of liabilities and assets, share capital and profits.
One very important reason for companies to register with Webyoo-UK is to obtain full editing rights. This will allow them to update their records on a regular basis ensuring all of the details remain accurate. For example, information available from Companies House can be up to 18 months old and therefore, a business showing a loss on their last filed accounts can in fact have spent the past 12 months making good profits. The question may be asked:
“Will some directors be tempted to alter their own records on Webyoo-UK to make their trading figures look better than they really are?”
Our response is that it is just as easy to submit false records to Companies House and just as easily discovered by any competent customer before they proceed to part with their money.
